So whats your take on falling spot REO prices even though NRE has clearly indicated their intention for higher prices? Only now that the SRB intend to begin stockpiling again have prices established falling REO prices. Seems to be NRE listed price is more a reaction to direction of spot prices ATM rather than being the lead indicator.
NRE listed prices for November will be telling.
