A share consolidation for a company that is already sliding south does not help it survive. But that is NOT our case. We have (as of now) a profitable company in an important growth area in which it is the dominant ROW company. My guess is the driving reason for a SC at this time, is to get a listing on the US stock market which requires the SP to be above $1 as far as I know. I consider to be a VERY valid reason. Lynas will not reach it's full potential MC without being quoted in London and/or NY
