Management has never announced that they are planning to list on US exchanges? Where is everyone getting this info or is this being made up?

I was against the major issue of additional shares years back that has led us to the billions of shares on issue we have, now I ask where was everyone then when I was saying vote no to it? And now to hear that some peeps find it unacceptable?!

There are plenty of fund managers and investors that invest in penny stocks look at lithium and cobalt equities, it's going nuts over there, so I dont understand what's the fetish to be on asx 200? If consolidation goes ahead watch us get smashed out of asx200 again, so point is mute,

I still don't see any good reasons for consolidation?????
