The ability of ROW hard rock wannabes to raise $100M's for high capital intensity separation facilities will be severely limited by both the 30/40% idle capacity inside China, and the fact that is the major point of entry to the supply chain in realising value, inside China.
Nth RE just released QR and ranked gross profit contribution from primary 0.6%, secondary 69.1% & tertiary 30.3%, Blind Freddy could work out where the value lies.
And don't be deluded into thinking concentrate is "rare" there are potentially 100'sKT piled up all over the place.
