REE Price keep downturn trend. NDPR price dropped 40% from its latest high, DyO dropped 30%. There was no encouraging policies, also no enough demand to support the price. Most downstream business still have stock and only purchased as they needed from Aug 2017 to Oct 2017. Small amount purchase also cause the price keep dropping.

REE export figures:

China export 3467 tons Oct 2017， which is 1.02% more than Oct 2016 and 6.68% less than Sep 2017. Also China export 3,466,963 kg REE for 35,261,910 US dollars, average price at 10.17 per kg.

L-REE: PRO exported 28550 kg up 17.25% (compare to Sep 2017), NDO exported 20870 kg down 51.01% (compare to Sep 2017), CeO exported 142700 kg up 2.01% (compare to Sep 2017),
LaO exported 474310 kg down 62.96% (compare to Sep 2017), EuO exported 101kg down 84.93% (compare to Sep 2017)
