Like I've always said - PRR needs to prove up sales.
(up to) 24 months in this market is a long time to wait for final enrollment and like it or not PRR is not the only player in the oncology market
Strong sales into a (possible) FDA approval will give you the MC you are talking about (although the 3 bucks a share some are quotingt is a MC equivalent to the entire globe's ovarian cancer therapeutics market)
