Doesn’t matter either way , it’s all speculation on why , but 100% fact here is the SP was up 13% on a announcement that was knocked back by the ASX which was price sensitive , clearly they have no idea in the Semiconductor realm or do they ? Their decision has me gobb smacked ! It’s clear as day their decision is a form of inside trading ! The BOD disclose there is a price sensitive announcement, clear as day it is , the ASX refuse knowing that it’ll be released by other sources and the 13% climb in the SP happens soon afterwards BOOM to those who bought up ! There clearly should be an investigation into just what happened here imo . This is just one of the scenario that could have been possibly, either way it should be investigated and the BOD should push to have it looked into .
