I thought the general consensus was to 'hide' here and avoid listing on the NASDAQ until they grow the company some more? We'll get a heads up on >5% ownership and a possible takeover attempt whilst listed on the ASX at least.
Also, whilst we'll be far from unaffected, I'd still rather be as far as possible from the NASDAQ when the inevitable macro sh*t hits the fan in world markets next year.
