From my research the ASX did not follow their own rules-- some one posted, some time ago, the actual 'rule' for such type of announcement.
Also someone pointed out that an announcement for a 'telephone No. change' of one Coy got a run?
I believe the announcement was significant, as history showed. My opinion -happy to be proved wrong.
Anyways - all behind us now. Lets look through the windscreen not the rear view mirror.
