The offer is to raise $4,650,000 via the issue of Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share under the Offer to provide funds to implement the Company’s business strategies.
Pure Resources is a low EV ($2.85m) mineral exploration company, which will hold five key projects located in the Kimberley and Eastern Goldfields regions of Western Australia.
Pure Resources project tenements consist of four granted Exploration Licences and one pending Exploration Licence application, which collectively cover 178 km2. Collectively the projects are considered highly prospective for multiple styles of mineralisation with Nickel, Copper and Gold the primary target commodities.
