Answer to your question Arthur should the management seek extra cash as eluded in the final years report they would wish the share price to be way up on what it is at the moment before they go to the market otherwise they will be issuing obscene amounts of extra shares such as PWT to gain a credible return from the capital raising &possibly no one would partake.
