As per the announcement 27 April, 'Praemium is working through the remaining steps to complete the transaction with final settlement expected late in the current quarter or early in the next quarter'.
This news of the sale of the International business could drop any day and should reassure the market with all that cash and maybe bring in another buyer with a streamlined Aus only business model? Patience holders we are almost through all the gloom.
