AFR street talk this morning....
"Praemium is expected to lob a takeover bid at rival Powerwrap on Thursday morning."
Who else saw this coming? It has like $15m net cash and ~$8bn of FuA. Oh ant it uses their Vwrap tech so they would have a good indication of what they're buying (one would reasonably assume).
This is going to be great for both parties. I hold both.
