Hoping to do a tour of Prague & other cities in central Europe [ solo ] but am stumbling with the accommodation. Google seems to direct enquiries to a range of online booking companies with specials that don't cover my length of stay, read a lot of horror story reviews on airnb, most accom is to be prepaid & if it fails to meet expectations then becomes a double expense if forced to move. In Asia there seems to be a plentiful supply of " unlisted " smaller hotel / guest houses, is this the same in central Europe? Any tips ? Apparently high season extends into September
