I use to use Ibis hotels as they are all over Germany, some in France even a couple in Hungary and can prebook your following hotel when you get to a hotel late at night which makes travelling worry free , rooms clean but small , staff seem to always be on duty , food is crap with them , but forces you to find the little restaurants near by
