Reference Midwest Lithium (MWL) I just received an email inviting me to invest into its IPO - they are seeking $13 million to $17 million in exchange for ~20% equity
South Dakota hard rock lithium play
This is the company, AZL took an approximate 11% stake after outlaying $1.25 million USD.
Interesting to note that at the minimum subscription level of $13 million, the market cap will be $ $66 million AUD- so post IPO, AZL stake will be ~8%
AZL market cap today ~$50 million -- hmmm - don't think they thought that would be the case when they were cashed up and bought into MWL and the Canadian assets.
