Simplejam,
main query on everyone's lips is whether Prana will get $15M from Vic Gov't to contribute toward trial cost. Brumby Gov't had promised and we now await Lord Ted to confirm or refuse...It seems generally accepted that this issue is holding the SP down and if resolved- we expect SP to move forward.
