My understanding is that PBT2 is 20 times more efficient than clioquinol in crossing blood brain barrier therefore lower doses and less toxicity.

I would still like to see higher doses 350 and 500mg as the HD results showed a dose dependent result at 250mg in cognition while the 100mg dose was not that different to placebo.

The trend towards other benefits may become statistically significant at higher doses.

In the Cowan presentation mention is made of early use of PBT2 where lower doses might delay onset of effects before higher doses are needed this would include a broader cohort and significant sales

Quietly confident about AD results 83% of patients is a great retention rate for any optional treatment the narrative from patients, carers and researchers obviously supported their continued use of PBT2 and presumably they will pay for its benefits in future.
