I have received correspondence from Prana's company secetary Richard Revelins regarding Prana's capital raising.
I am personally satisfied that this form share placement is Prana's best option to obtain adequate funds in a timely manner.
Both sophisticated and non-sophisticated investors can request involvement in the share placement however no prospectus will be provided.
The timing of this capital raising is unfortunate but at least Prana will be moving ahead soon.
