I agree with the following stipulations:
"All other drugs and treatments in hand or yet to be derived from Prana's platform to remain the sole property of Prana, to be developed, manufactured and distributed as Prana may see fit from time to time."
Prana will give first right at discount for any other drug or combination with regards to any previous deal regarding AD and HD with a Big Pharma. Non competitiveness for the application.
Any substantial improved characteristics through R&D or application of the research teams regarding additive features to be bonus associated.
Prana also will give first right of refusal to other proscribed treatments or medicament's to said Big Pharma to include cocktail's.
