EN stated quite clearly stocks were being depleted.
These stocks have been probably bought some time ago.
The discussions that may have happened are revealing a new found "friendship" with suppliers not to mention the reduced black market that will slowly be strangled bit by bit.
Yep with the electronic age thirsting for these elements and the chinese not wanting to give them away and realizing that adding the political will be ultimately counterproductive the prices will go up.
