I keep asking myself these very simple questions PR.
Why has the ords share issue been taken up so strongly?
Why have the Nth American investors taken up the forward factored escrows,warrants etc as they have?
Why was NS motivated to take such a strong position in 06 and then supported the company?I think you are strongly pointing to this question too PR in your comment that NS are playing for HIGH STAKES.What HIGH STAKES might those be?Surely its not their survival if they have done so well in the last few years.
Just what is going on behind the scenes that would create such demand for such a large capital raising from a relatively small company.
Imo its not simply a matter of a dilutory effect from this raising.There is MUCH MUCH more to why this is happening and with your sources of info PR and the fact that you think their assets are so promising I am a little baffled as to why its necessary to break the assets up when the company is essentially creating value by funding the exposure of this value via this raising.
