I bought some frozen dumplings recently (89% Aussie ingredients, an ex MasterChef celeb) for steaming … made a cracking good dipping sauce from soy sauce, water, finely diced shallot, grated fresh ginger, about 1/3 of a small red chilli finely diced and a spurt of honey … all mixed … in the fridge for 3 hrs before using.
