but the sauce sounds wonderful and with depth with the FRESH Ginger added
and I guess made with a great deal of thought as to the balance of flavours/tastes

the best wrappers are made in Nerang Qld, comes in a yellow packet about 100mls square
the Japanese ones, are ok but a bit dry
all can be purchased from most of the better Asian food outlets located in their frozen foods cabinets
you can make Wontons or Pot Stickers
as they ARE BOTH the same
all the difference is, W's steamed or boiled in a soup and PS's are fried and then steamed
