William Buck Audit replaced Pitcher Partners as their new Auditors last Feb. Wonder why the new auditors are not ready with audited report. Does the funds that have been raised so far not meet corporate fund rising or accounting procedures and standards that the auditors are refusing/ delaying to certify the half yearly reports. AGM never mentioned delay on this account.
Any Auditors in the reader forum to help LKO and us out .
