- UNNAMED small company has very interesting and potentially valuable assets
- Being a typical small company, it's not rich however
- Rich bigger companies want said "interesting and potentially valuable assets"
- Richer bigger companies contact UNNAMED people in influential govt roles....."nice consulting/directing roles [$$$$$$] on offer here, in a couple of years or so, when you retire from govt......BIG WINK"
- UNNAMED people of influence in govt make life tough for UNNAMED small company with "interesting and potentially valuable assets"
