    With the close date for acceptance of entitlements on the 20th July i just wanted to get peoples views on how important it is for the shares to be trading above .40c so that more people would take up the offer.


    Would RES management prefer that more people take up the offer or wouldn`t it matter to them ?

    If it did matter would the current increase in buyer depth be to make sure people felt comfortable with putting in more cash ?
