Hi Shelly , and all us mug punters on the ASX just keep on approving them (not that small holders really have much say and those in control of big funds are probably quite use to exorbitant pay as they get it themselves) and because joe blow gets X it then means everyone else gets adjusted up when the HR consultants do their comparisons. And who hires the HR consultants? And it seems pretty easy to get a pay rise when SP has appreciated, all the punters reckon the SP increase is because their MD is the messiah and deserves a salary increase or more bonuses.

Anyway one of the MD”s in graphite world got a nice hefty increase this week, so the HR consultants are probably licking their lips in anticipation of the next round of comparative analysis or whatever term they use.
