Indeed. This communications failure clearly isn't accidental. Larissa Kelly didn't forget to press "send" on the media release. This is a continuation of a policy that has and continues to cost shareholders dearly.

Material progress

"Would a reasonable person expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities?"

Clearly the BOD of EGR are no longer 'reasonable persons" and ipso facto unable to understand what needs to be announced. Accordingly at the AGM we must send a clear, unambiguous message that their communication strategy requires immediate overhaul and that "reasonable persons" need to be added to the BODs. The former we achieve by voting NO to their Remuneration at the AGM the latter we achieve by voting NO to Conidi's continued Directorship and/or Petts should it too be up for renewal.
