I think everyone is failing to see the POH strategy. It is about getting the best deal when the product is selling. A higher sales %. Which would be reduced by upfronts. It also makes the marriage more attractive to the partner.
And it costs POH nothing.
This company has pretty much stopped R+D expenses it is fully funded for most of the pipeline. Oxy excepted at this stage.
It is now just the gap to be filled between these deals being signed and revenue coming in upon product launches.
