It may have been an older video (pre Covid), when Par were offering it for some patients with OA via the SAS.
I recently asked PAR for an update of when it will again be available (now for purchase) under the SAS and received no information back from them
(poor form for them as I don't qualify for access to any trial and I have $ I wish to give them).
It simply forces people underground.
