Capital Raise & LSI deal

Why has no one stated or discussed the obvious - the Long Street Investment share equity deal struck in January this year (asx ann 27thJan 2015)!!!!!

Under this sweet little deal LSI were paid in shares & free options to underwrite capital raisings up to 20Mill but only in 1Mill bites over the next 2 years. Golden boy Brad loaned them 4.5Mil TON shares for the duration of the deal & may in my simple mind provide short selling opportunities for the LSI syndicate.

Any way under this facility TON has the ability to set a minimum share price so I would assume we are talking a price between around 37c to 50c?

Any views or comments would be appreciated more than silly irrational exuberance.
