With approx $1.5M in bank there may not be enough for a decent project acquisition without capital raising. If these Directors respect their shareholders they need to also give opportunity to shareholders to pick up any discount stock PRIOR to any deal being announced.
In other words...would hate to see a cheap placement at steep discount now... to friends and family without shareholders offered to participate....only to see a deal announced 4 weeks later!!!
