Production cost estimates for the Quarter.
This is an attempt to raise awareness that the coming quarterly figures may not be as rosey as coming are thinking, but costs per tonne will drastically improve from every quarter onwards from here.
I think a lot of people will be very disappointed with the production costs over the last quarter when the report is released. Some people have been quoting DFS figures, others going slightly higher at saying $300-$400 per tonne. But i think these people are forgetting that many of the plant operational costs are fixed regardless of the throughput.
For me i will be happy if production costs work are under $500 per tonne and the company announces a positive cash flow (disregarding expansion investments).
