I think that the rally will get roughly 3/4 of the way back up for sure. More than that is a bit higher risk. At least England's not scared to go up. After the election we may go up pretty hard sometime for a week or two. Very positive article on bloomberg about corporate activity returning, esp metals prices and copper bounce.
