    These are the pre emptive rights between Rey and Gurajat.
    It was a participation agreement.
    Rey legally has more say in Buru's deal than has been released.
    It provides Rey with a lot of legal bargaining power.
    Rey's shares are therefore basically going for free at these prices IMHO as I do believe that Buru will come to some agreement with Rey to alleviate court proceedings which could possibly leave Buru with nothing.
