Tuesday, 26 November 2013 The Darwin Port Corporation welcomed the signing of a Heads of Agreement with Rum Jungle Resources (ASX: RUM) on Monday 25 November 2013. The Heads of Agreement establishes a framework for the negotiation of formal agreements to progress export of phosphate rock, phosphoric acid and potash salt products from their Ammaroo Phosphate Project and Karinga Lakes Potash Project 200 kilometres south east of Tennant Creek, via East Arm Wharf. Chief Executive Terry O'Connor said "in what has been quite a momentus year for the dynamic and expandting operations at East Arm Wharf, we are really happy to be signing another Territory mining company as a prospective exporter - we look forward to working with Rum Jungle Resources into the future".
