I don't think posters have ignored the Carrs, we've just spared them the spotlight until they're ready for it.

I don't see that showing an interest in the new appointees implies a loss of faith in the Carrs, given that they're all on the same team.

I don't think that the company is making changes and recruiting new leaders without regard to Mr Carr's memory. It's just that change is necessary to survival.
