The release of the PFS will add a huge amount of attention to Atlantic Lithium.
Those big investors in Australia will want their money in at the right price. Most will have bought the issue but many will be restricted to a set amount. They will add to what they were given.
Imo it's a awesome PFS !
In their Investor Presentation from July 2022 they presented an IRR of 194 % and a payback period < 1 year.
Now only 2 months later the IRR increased to a more staggering rate of 224 % and exceptional payback less than 5 months ! Wow, my spit stays away.
Key assumptions: Long-term average SC6 price of US$1,359/t FOB over 12.5 years, project funding via Piedmont agreement,
while recent equivalent grade prices as high as US$7,708/t being achieved on Pilbara Minerals Limited BMX platform and representing a mid-range forecast when compared to other commentators.
Yes, CAPEX has increased from US$70 million to US$125 million in the PFS, primarily due to bringing the crushing circuit in-house as opposed to contract crushing.
Maybe this is a long-term benefit me thinks !
PFS says: The financial model, however, shows that the Project is currently not sensitive to inflationary and capital cost increases.
That's not a maybe long-term benefit, that's a long-term benefit for sure me thinks !
Every US$100/t increase in SC6 price forecast results in an additional 9% increase to the post-tax NPV8, highlighting the significant potential value uplift to the Project.

I repeat it: Awesome PFS ! And a DFS is near completion and due end of this year.
Then remember, two days ago Canaccord Genuity analyst Alexander Bedwany raised price target to GBP0.85, which equals to AUD 1.45 round about.
This will only be the first step imho, more positive news when completition of DFS and nearing production goal.
But what am I talking about here?
