Customers pay the WO3 content and may deduct some small money depending on impurities - while thresholds apply, the concentrate grade has minor influence on unit pricing. Please also consider that APT (price reference) is not containing 100% WO3 (but only 88,5% WO3), so logically if an APT producer pays more than 88,5% of APT price for each WO3 unit, then they make a loss - so not very realistic.
