    i originally bought on a valuation/take over play, however, as the stock declined i sold. part of the issue was that as the sp declined the gap between mc and debt got bigger.

    it was one of the reasons* i re-evaluated post exit and decided to stay away. i still follow it in case i got for a re-entry.
