In reality, Beijing's pay rate for a sales person would be 2.5k - 4.5k RMB per month. Manager about 6k, driver 10k, Senior might be 20k, trainee 2k-3k, warehouse keeper 3k, manufacturing worker 3k, taobao manager 20k, secretary 6k, documentary assistant 4k. It's Beijing's rate, not sure how much cheaper QuanZhou pay rate is. I've heard blue collar is paid way higher wage than white collar in China now. Blue collar starter on average 6k RMB per month, white collar starter at only 1.5k RMB.
