Looks like they have updated this page and able to sign up for beta access:

The website also shows that they have achieved PCI-DSS compliance, which is what merchants need before they start accepting credit-card details.

If you are a merchant of any size accepting credit cards, you must be in compliance with PCI Security Council standards. You can see the logo for this on the bottom right of the webpage.

Moving along quite nicely. Everything seems to be falling in place as expected.
