So your main objection to LYCs current valuation and SP is that the LAMP is in Malaysia and you believe this is an unacceptable sovereign risk? Where should it be built - Germany?
I suspect you are being rather patronizing to the Malaysian government and their hopes for future prosperity for their people with this one! You may wish to put your objection another way?
As for your questions - who cares? They will need materials to test each part of the LAMP before they attempt to start up the normal process. This would be normal engineering practice! You tend to get far too negative and suspicious in your reasoning IMO!
