    I have noticed the Pre-Market action, in particular 3:50 to 04:10 produces 2-1 buy-sell ratios. Any thoughts on this? I think its institutions accumulating. Also notice the resistance line on the down trend is near broken, if not already broken. Good to see AQP hold this level on reasonable volume. Definitely a trend reversal i believe. Attached with the premium listing, i beleive this is the botom.

    Lets hope the euro summit produces something positive for a change!
