IMO, It's a 'face saving' transaction for both companies with an extra $80k.... Peanuts as share issues have been like printing money for WHN.
AKK looked good that they got out unscathed with extra to cover their expenses.
WHN looked good as it paid more to buy back as if the option worth more.
But have you ever thought why a company exploring in US on land paid for an option to explore Seychelles on water in the first place? If you are thinking what I am thinking, the buying back of the option was a foregone conclusion before it started.
