it is news re Ezicorp scheme.
I can only imagine it is that the scheme is to be put on ice, whilst they await outcome of proposed legislation, as they could hardly just proceed regardless and it would be difficult to justify a price revision without certainty on earnings impacts.
I would have thought CCV should be commenting on the earnings impact if legislation proceeds as proposed, without it it is an uninformed market.
