No need for the minutely updates unless you're in for a trade.
Perhaps its one to trade, but on a long term basis if that makes sense.
Market probably wanted something, and didnt get what they wanted so sold down.
Some like myself might miss a higher open after it comes out of a halt, but there will also be plenty on sidelines waiting and watching before entering.
Those who hold... best of luck and if you're a true believer pack your bags and go fishing, water the garden or play a round of golf.
Why bother sitting on comp watching .01 ticks up and down.
Before people say, Im researching plenty of stocks. So thats why Im on comp. Once I have my holdings Ill rest easy with decision made, knowing im in for longer term.
