Theres been no indication or the like that delays are coming.
The issues relating to previous delays and Timeones inability to finance were put to bed with SS&T collaboration and access to $$.
MD's recent comments on HC indicated all well.
Good news expected based on that.
Pre-empting delays might just manifest them ;)
Bit more confidence needs to be demonstrated in Management perhaps..
