I am optimistic though the recent history of trading halts of have generally resulted in amendments to the original terms. However in this case it I feel that the deal is finalised and the details will be revealed in the EGM in detail after which following the approval of the resolutions the completion of the purchase with associated bond payments etc. The timeframes for the other payments will also be outlined, whether it be at the EGM or after the TH is lifted. I also feel the TH could be extended. Hope I am right.
